Return and exchange policy:
- Supports 7-day no-reason return and exchange
- Products must maintain original packaging and labels
- Must not affect secondary sales
- Return shipping costs are borne by buyers
- Quality issue shipping costs are borne by merchants
- Custom products do not support return and exchange
Return and exchange applications should be submitted within 7 days after receipt. Applications beyond this period cannot be processed.
