Refund application process

Refund application process:

• Click "Apply for Refund" on the order details page
• Select refund reason and fill in description
• Upload relevant evidence (such as product photos)
• Submit application and wait for merchant review
• Arrange refund after approval
• Refund will be returned to the original payment account

Refund processing time: Review 1-3 working days, refund to account 3-7 working days.
